Required Skills and Qualifications
  • +1 year of professional web design experience
  • Expert design skills using the Adobe Creative Suite CS5 or CS6
  • Experience with the principles of design including grid layouts, responsive design, and usability
  • A strong focus on branding
  • Ability to handle multiple projects
  • An outstanding conceptual thinker and problem solver, not just a designer
  • Ability to take creative direction and to incorporate feedback into revised work
  • Ability to execute outstanding creative on multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to initiate action and be pro-­active
Desired Skills
  • HTML, CSS, JS experience
  • PHP experience
  • General understanding of Subversion or related source control management
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Work directly with Senior Web Designer, Developers, and Marketing Team to design creatives based on project needs
  • Design creatives for the web, newsletters, advertisement banners, and print
  • Assist in creating branding guidelines and enforce standards on a international stage
  • Work with our international directors to produce creatives that meet their needs
